  1. One of my computers froze up on me after I ripped the video from a RAM disc. When I rebooted, it won't go past the Bios screen. It checks the RAM and stops right there ater the RAM is checked. It doesn't initialize the keyboard or the mouse so a boot disc will not work. It doesn't go to the C drive. It just sets on the screen with the display:

    DEL:Setup F8:Boot F12:Network Boot

    Can it be my hard drive is shot? It does not get to the part where it checks the drives for the operating system. I would like to know what could possible be wrong with it before I start switching stuff out.

  2. There are too many possible causes. Your best bet is to bring it to a shop if you do not think you have the skills to trouble shoot it.

    What The (what is the language rules of this forum anyway?)? Why is this in the AV Industries section? Why does nobody care?
    If it isn't broken, take it apart and find out why.
