    I am still a little confuses after reading the avi convert section of your site. Do I need to use DivX Codec to convert the avi file before using TMPEnc beta 12f+ and then burn the vcd or is the DivX Codec used just to be able to view the avi on your computer?

    You need the divx codec to both be able to view it and to convert it.
