  1. Ok I have a PAL DVD...it is not a movie but one of TV shows. I have figured out how to convert to NTSC keeping everything intact BUT i want to still use the ac3 sound...right now I am converting PAL ac3 to wave then converting that from PAL to NTSC then loading everything to TMPGEnc and convert to an MPEG2 file which I then load into Ulead MF2.

What I would LIKE to do is convert the ac3 sound and mpeg2 to NTSC then load it into a authoring program so I can put 4-5 episodes on a DVD.

What software can I use to do all this?

TMPGEnc DVD Author will do the trick. Surely Ulead can accept four or five episodes anyway ?
    If in doubt, Google it.
