    Is it possible to make the PS2 macrovision free? I don't know much about the PS2 since its my bros, and he told me it's already region free because of the gameshark.. but macrovision free?

    PS2 is only region free with a modchip (DMS3 or Ripper2) or with a boot disc called Region X (If its before V7) or I think with Action Replay. As for Macro...I think you need hardware for that. DMS3 used to do that but the latest firmware for it has macrovision enabled again, they couldn't leave it disabled.
