    I used TMPGEnc and tried using the vcd templates to convert from asf to vcd and it starts off saying it will take about 1 hour but a few minutes later it says it will take 10 hours. Could anyone please help me?

    me too im having the same problem. i dont know how to fix it either but mine starts off at 30 mins and ends up like at 10 hours.
