    I upgraded from gold to platinum 2,and everytime i try to backup a dvd to 2 disks,i get an error:an illegal navigation command:,and the dvd won't play.The old gold version works fine.Anyone tried out this new version without errors.It's not much good the way it is.

    Is 2 new? I have intervideo Platinum and have no problems. Are you using Anydvd and running that program first before you open Intervideo?

    2 is the new version.Yes i am running anydvd.Dvdcopy gold works fine on the same videos.

    I found the 2 disk copy is putting the first half of the movie on disk file 2,and the 2nd half in file 1.Hence the error.I talked to technical,and they are going to look into it pronto.
