Best capture software for DV

Wonderful post... I'm sold. Too bad Ulead doesn't have a retailer in Canada. Well, they list 7 retailers on their site and give the links to their web pages. Unfortunatly none of the linked sites actually list Ulead as a product they sell... very bizarre as I keep find Pinacle software on each of the sites. I then read in all the forums how pinacle Software is unreliable. Oh well, maybe these are also cases where people aren't using the software correctly.

Satori, I got my Version 7.0 from CompUSA in California. I had found a note on the ULead News and users WEB site about the sale at CompUSA and got it the next day. They also sell via their main web site. Also, if you have an earlier verison of their software you can buy the VideoStudio 7.0 Upgrade for $49.95 at their web site. You should also be able to search 1000+ WEB sites in the USA and buy it anywhere for a discount. I can buy anything I want from Canada with my Credit card.
