  1. I have used Goldwave and VirtualDub to split the audio/video then TMPGEnc to make the system files. Put these into TMP DVD Author, video is fine but no audio. Never had this before, so I'm stuck. I've played the individual files, these seem fine.

  2. Bit more info. If I try and playback the audio mp2 file that TMPGEnc has created, I have no audio.

  3. You posted your question a few days ago so I'm not sure if you've figured it out yet or not, however. It seems that the problem is you're not including the *.wav file when you're authoring the DVD. TMPGEnc will spit out an *m2p as well as *.wav file, one is the sound and the other is the video, after you have loaded the *.m2p file in 'TMPGEnc DVD Author' there is an option to replace the sound. choose this option and select the *.wav file then author the DVD and it should play fine, assuming your stand-alone DVD player is prog'd correctly for PCM audio.
