    I have just bought a Plextor 504A and updated the firmware, burnt some DVD+RW's by , Ricoh, Ritek and Datawrite, all perfect but when I put in a 'Infiniti Professional' my drive says there is nothing in it and won't recognise it, anyway to get my Plextor to see it or is it just not compatable?

    No help, but I've had the same problem. 708A with new Ritex 4X +RW's. I also upgraded the firmware to 1.06 but no improvement. It works fine with some old Phillips 2.4 +RW's that I've used for awhile.
