Problems with svcd2dvd

I am having problems creating the dvd folders, or burning a dvd. Here is the log error:

This is when using both types of mplex. I would appreciate any help.

Can you do the following & post the output:

Start Menu-> Run:
(copy & paste the following)
cmd /K mpgtx -i "C:\Documents and Settings\Josh\Desktop\2ndhandLIONS.mpg" & pause & exit

Hmmmm it says it's not a valid mpeg file. I recorded it using windows mce, and used a program that supposedly turns the dvr-ms into an mpeg file. But it appears not, or at least not one that svcd2dvd can use.

I've downloaded a couple of tv rips that had extremely low bitrates in the first few secs of the video due to the fact the encoder have'nt had time to "warm up". On my files it was visible. Anyway, after cutting off this part I had no problem authoring with svcd2vd.
