  1. When I use FlaskMpeg to open the IFO file (using "Open DVD&quot, I selected the video stream, audio stream, and the subtitle, and then "flask this DVD". But the finished avi file does not have any subtitle at all. What have I missed? Thank you for your help. BTW, the DVD is "Mission Impossible II".

  2. Did you use the "subtitled fixed" version of FlaskMPEG? The older/original version doesn't handle all subtitles properly.

Secondly, did you rip your movie with SmartRipper? If you did, you must rip in "File Mode", not the default "Movie Mode" for FlaskMPEG.

  3. What's the "subtitled fixed" version?
Is it the latest one (0.6 preview if I'm correct) or another one?

  4. FlaskMPEG has had some problems with subtitles from some DVD titles. There was a guy compiling a "subtitle fixed" version of FlaskMPEG.

He recently released a "subtitled fixed" version of FlaskMPEG 0.6 prev1.1. You can get it from doom9's site.
