    i Encoded a file on Tmpgenc and the final product had no sound

    Did you select stream type as ES (separate streams) or System (single stream)?

    Did your AVI (or source) have audio? Was the right audio file in the Audio Source selection field?

    I'm just getting familiar with the settings as well...
