    allmost every guide i find on here talks about video_ts folder, or .INF, but nothing tells what they are. i have tried about all the guides and cant get any to work because i need one of the two to make them to work. i have a .mpg and i want to burn it in dvd format, can someone please help me

    You need to get a DVD Authoring program. Look in the tools section for TMPG DVD Author.
