  2. First of all, you need to know what video format does you ppc supports. I know mine and I am sure yours is same. Or find a program (for the format you wish to use) that will run on your ppc.

Then you look for the software which will produce the format for your ppc.

Watch it on you ppc. (I recently created a home video and tested it out)

  3. Check out Pocket MVP at http://www.corecodec.com

This is what I use to watch Xvid encoded movies with Ogg Vorbis audio. If you want a rundown of how to encode movies for it check out this post I wrote on there forums: http://www.corecodec.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=PNphpBB2&file=viewtopic&t=559

It is a slick program and it is freeware.

  4. 1. Rip with DVD decrypter in video mode

    2. Open Dr Divx

    3. Select files

    4. Set resolution to 352 X 144

    5. Bitrate for a 140 min movie will be about (stress about) 100

    6. Encode

    7. Copy to your card

    8. Worth investing in a usb 2.0 card reader/writer. Will save you hours.

Also worth buying a larger card. I watch mine on a 256 mb sd card and the quality is dead good.
    If it's wet, drink it
