Sorry the title was wrong on original post. I just want to know if i can EXACTLY copy the original Matrix to 2 DVDR without losing anything.

CloneDVD 2 Preview allows you to select chapters so you pick the menu (if you want) and then the first half of the chapters (using the scissor icon) and then burn then do the same over picking the back chapters. look for the little scissors and pick copy dvd titles on main menu ... you get a 30 day free trial.

DVDStripper and DVDRemake will both do what you want (ie with menus, angles etc).
DVDRemake is quite a bit more consistent, but costs money (which is probably why it's consistent).
