I am lucky that my IE in work only opens half screen size rather than full screen - I only got the heads, but that was bad enough - in a I shouldn't be looking at this in work type way.

On the backup dvd site, I found one link that said... "back to sefy's ...guide" as the text for the link. It's a nice long page, I bet if twenty or maybe a hundred servers from around the globe started to pull that guide down all at the same time, all using four or more connections, it would kill their bandwidth a veritable Storm of Packets. :P

Looks like their host is Rack Shack (now EV1 Servers). Send them an email (http://www.ev1servers.net/english/support/index.asp) saying you have a site that they are hosting that is violating your IP. According to their AUP (http://www.ev1servers.net/english/aboutus/aup.asp) they should remove the site.
