I made a simple VCD using Nero.Used a backround image , and a link to the video file.Whenever I play , I get a bad video stream (blocks everywhere) but a correct audio stream.
I captured raw to AVI using Vdub and encoded to VCD Mpg with Tmpgenc. The file played fine on the PC before I burned it.After the burn , I get the results I mentioned.
This is the first VCD i've burned in quite some time , and wanted to see if anyone has had any similar problems and/or probable solutions before I go and burn another coaster.
:edit: I ripped the Mpg from the VCD and to my surpise the file played fine , just like before I burned it to the VCD.Could it be my player? (I'm currently thinking it is).

Try a different media or burning at a lower speed.
