Nero Recode 2 Update

I installed Nero 6 and recode worked ok, it found the MPEG2/SVCD/DVD plugin.
Upgraded to Nero 6.3 and vision express (2.1.), now Nero Recode 2 reports I do not have the plugin installed.
Reverted to the original Vision express (2.0) with 6.3 and it works again.
Why cannot the upgrade find the plugin and tells me to buy it again?

You probably need a new serail # contact Nero Support.

Thanks NYplayer, I assumed that because they recomended downloading all the updates that everything would be updated.
It just shows again that if it isn't broken don't fix it.

It is all working now.
