  1. I want to know if I can burn multiple VCD's to a DVD and retain
the image quality of the VCD? Obviously, MPEG1 quality is lower than
than an MPEG2 quality, so an MPEG2 file is holds more data and is therefore going to be larger. But when I use EASY cd/dvd creator or TAD, it wants to make a 1:1 copy meaning 1 VCD on 1 DVD.

Is there some sort of guideline to use? For example, will an MPEG2 video twice the size of MPEG1 will have the same quality? Or 4 times the size?

Or is it just a really bad idea to try to put multiple VCD's on 1 DVD?

Don't convert your VCD's, it will only reduce quality. You can put multiple VCD's on a DVD, look up VCD to DVD in the Guides section, over there <-<-.
