    Guys:
    Which is the shortest and easiest way to extract audio from Vob file??? I know this very unusual question?? but I don't want to go long way...Thanks in advance..

    Run them through VOBEDIT. You can demux the file into video and audio elementary streams.

    ETA: Or you can use the MPEG2 Plugin for TMPGEnc and "de-multiplex" there (under File-->MPEG Tools)
