    i have a programme which came preinstalled on my pc when i bought it, my query is this, if i uninstall this programme now and at later stage do a clean install, will this programme install again automatically as when it when purchased or will it be completely removed from the machine.

    By clean install, you mean with the Retail/OEM Windows disc? Then no, it will not come back. However, if you "Quick Restore" or similar from the PC manufacturer, it will bring it back to factory state with all software.

    with clean install i mean using the recovery disks that were given to me when i purchased the Machine.

    would it still be the case that when i do a fresh instal using the recovery disks that the this particular programme would install again?

    yeah the program would install again, by using the recovery disks of your computer you will be restoring all files and programs that were initially on your computer.
