  1. I have been using 2 versions of TMPENGenc

DVD Source creator & TMPENGenc Plus

Here is my question, when I convert an AVI dvix to make it a DVD standard mpeg, i also select to split the audeo and video. But i noticed that some of the AVI divx i convert the audio will become silent when it is split/converted. But in the origianl AVI plays fine.

Anyone know why this happens or a way around it?

No audio when encoding with TMPGEnc mostly means that the audio in the AVI is in a format TMPGEnc can't read, and not related to if you go for system or elmentary streams...
