Newbie needs help with TMPGEnc error

When I try to open the template VideoCD (NTSC) in TPGEnc v. 2.5, or any template for that matter, I get the error "Invalid Stream Format". I've searched the forum and found no reference to that error message. Any suggestions? I'm pretty much a newbie, but I have used TPGEnc quite a bit, but I've never tried to customize the settings. Thanks for any help anyone could give.

You wouldn't be trying to open the template as a video source, would you? That's the only reason I can think of why you would be getting that error. If so, do this instead:
