some movies when i burn them and try to play them back, they roll on the tv screen.If any one can remember the old TV's had a button to stop the rolling.Anyway could it be the program i'm using.I have a lg burner and am using TMPGEnc DVD Author.anybody got any suggestions

Usually right clicking in your editor/authorer will bring up a selection for properties for the clip.

I ran DVD Decrypter and then ran OFO Edit and it is in PAL format .. looks like I have the fun job of trying to convert to NTSC format ...
