  1. some movies when i burn them and try to play them back, they roll on the tv screen.If any one can remember the old TV's had a button to stop the rolling.Anyway could it be the program i'm using.I have a lg burner and am using TMPGEnc DVD Author.anybody got any suggestions

    This movie was already ripped and is 4340 meg.I have other movies i ripped my self and they play perfect.I have also tried dvd shrink 3.1 to burn but the same thing.

  4. I'm having the same problem ...
    movie already ripped and authored , had all the files ie. vob,ifo etc ...
    burned no problem .. played back on computer no problem both the burned dvd and playing the vob file in poweredvd ..
    when played on standalone dvd player picture rolls almost like the hold on the tv was going ...

    I'm wondering could it be the movie is in PAL or could it be a framerate issue ? any infoi or suggestions would be appreciated ..

    Usually right clicking in your editor/authorer will bring up a selection for properties for the clip.

  6. I ran DVD Decrypter and then ran OFO Edit and it is in PAL format .. looks like I have the fun job of trying to convert to NTSC format ...
