Hey all, my NEC 1300a (1.09) DVD burner is not picking up in DVD X Copy Platinum. I dont even see it in the list to select burners. It is as if it isn't there. I know someone else with the same problem with NEC but not Liteon burner. Any thoughts, would really appreciated the input. Thanks.

I don't know if you can make DVD X Copy detect your burner but I use the following method to burn anyway...
When the window pops up showing that the movie is ripped and ready to burn, I simply leave all DVD X Copy windows open (if you close them, the files you have ripped will be deleated), open Sonic RecordNow and use it to burn.
Every time I use DVD X Copy to burn I end up with a coaster. -
Forget DVDXCopy (biggest pile of overpriced buggy junk ever).
Grab yourself a copy of DVD Shrink (latest beta vers.) and DVD Decrypter (both freeware). This will give you a true "one click" solution for free and you will have lots of support from members of this forum & many others.
Dont take my word for it .... Just Ask around, not too many folk here, who use XCopy
