I'm downloading a file, but I have no idea what format it is and how I'll be able to play it. I think it might be VCD or something, but I really dont know. Theres a bunch of files that are downloading in a folder.. they go obs-mra.r00 and then the next one would be obs-mra.r01 and so on theres about 54 of them. Also theres a obs-mra.sfv and a obs-mra.rar file. Its suposed to be a movie, but I'm clueless if anybody can explain this I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

theyre "zip" files or "Rars" in your case..
archived... or whatever they calll it..
basically, its one big file (your movie) split into many little pieces in a certain order (most liekly for the purpose of sending/reciecieving issues)
so that it can be put back together in the same order and "viewed"
you need winRAR... i'll let someone else explain it because i always mix shit up..
but its not such a big deal
goodluck

to answer your winrar question. All you need to do is open the one whose extention is "rar" the program will open the next squentially numbered extentions and extract them to the same folder for you.
