    Is there one? I want to edit a 750 MB movie I have, but its too large for a CD-RW. If there is not a free one, what are some cheap ones?

    Since the project is only a one-time-good-deal, why not try Ulead Video Studio 7 (trial ware)? It can cut the video the exact frame you want and encode to most formats.
