Help Converting SVCD's to play off a DVD

need help converting a svcd so it can play off my ps2

is they any way to add headers to a svcd, as the old method i used dont seem to work for me no more (Using DvD-Lab)... get a error saying

Cause: Not a 11172-2 or 13818-2 Video stream
if this is a capture from TV it may have missing/wrong headers
please go to tools and try fix stream headers on the file

i do this, and it says that nothing is done...
so lookin for a new way to convert the headers of a svcd, so my dvd reads the svcd as it was a dvd movie, allowing it to play on a ps2

can anyone help me out with a different method to solve my problems
