  1. I have TMPGEnc to convert, then I am using Nero to burn. The problem that I am having is on the files to big for Nero (700,000kb+). So far I have tried HP Split, but that is apparently not the right program to use. What program should I be using to split the files? Specifically MPEG files (from the 'net).

    Any help would be great.

Use the MPEG Tools function within TMPGEnc to cut up your MPEGs. There is a tab in there marked Merge & Cut. That's what you want.

If your files are VCD or SVCD compliant they'll fit just fine on a 700mb cd. You just need to use the VCD or SVCD compilation in Nero.
