i thought that i made a fatal mistake, it`s seems to be manufacturer still have a lot of work
i think the encode button for movie titels don`t work correct, because all movie datas are physical on dvd, but not capable to invoice the right movie.
the movie & titel conjunction are not conform -
Im having the same issue too.
I have posted details in the "v2 Beta Released" topic
Interestingly Slaky, I tried to create a DVD without menus and I still was unable to play the files so it may not be the menu to title conjunction that is in error, but actually something in the title files that mean they are not fully understood by some standalone players.
I could be wrong, but I have tried using a skip title function on my standalone with DVDs created in v2 both with and without menus and although the display indicates the chapters and titles are being navigated, they don’t actually play.
Hope this makes sense.
- PS Chris where would you prefer the testing comments to be posted?
Thanks
PPS - Just wanted to reassure Chris that despite these teething problems, the interface looks good and the functionality and ease of use are beyond any commercial tools I have seen. Im sure that once these issues get sorted out, your tool will be truly genius. -

anyone have make experiences with the latest beta 5 ?
it's too good to last, so far i didn`t trust me to work with beta 5, because i have not enough dvds -
I need some help. I am running winxp with SP2. I have both versions of SVCD2DVD, 1.5 and beta v2 installed. They both HAVE worked in the past. Now that I put on the latest beta version BOTH stopped working. The installer also made me uninstall the last beta before it would install the new one. When I run 1.5 it I see the title screen, then nothing. When I run beta 2, it comes up with the registration screen and I have to put in the reg info over again. After I click the registration button nothing happens, just like the 1.5 version. Now I have NO usable version. What's up !!!
TIA

There may have been a change to your system. If you double click on the SVCD2DVD demo.exe file in the SVCD2DVD v1.5 folder you can redo the registration process. This should solve the problem. If not drop me an email.

This wont do anything over 2G. I thought this program would to larger files. Is there a way for you to fix that?
