Hi,
I have tried several software tools to move a SVCD MPEG2 file to a DVD MPEG2 file. The original file can be played by MS MediaPlayer, but no scrolling is possible. After changing several paramters with TMPGEnc (like direct show filter etc.) and tried to use DVD2AVI as frameserver for TMPGEnc, but the tool ends anytime without error message during conversion (I try to convert to variable Bitrate).
Is there any tool available to check and maybe fix MPEG2 streams. I assume the original file to be not 100% correct as I am not able to scroll through the file with MediaPlayer, it can just be played and nothing more.
Do you have any idea, how I could handle that file ?
Thanks and regards,
Joe![]()
