    Can I put on XSVCD lower mpeg than 480 x 576px, like 400 x 400px? And can I lower the audio bitrate too?

    resolution needs to be multiple of 16, and if you use a standalone it may have problems with some. If you want your biterate to go further, try 352x288(pal) or 352x240 (ntsc) though some detail will be lost.
