    How do I capture PAL VHS with out any digital recorder like samsung 5000w?

    Right now I can capture NTSC VHS either through my avermedia card or cyberhome dvd recorder. Is there any way I can use same equipment and still capture PAL VHS?

    Any help is appreciated

    you'll need a vcr capable of playing PAL tapes. Then, adjust your cap settings for PAL.
    Always check helpfiles/instructions before leaping...

    You will also need capture hardware that specifically suppots Pal. Your capture ard may not support pal. For example, my ATI All in wonder is for NTSC only. I tried capturing the output from a Pal dreamcast game and it was black and white and cropped all screrwed up.

    I guess, I can capture pal with my avermedia card since i see pal setting in neoDVDse software which it came with this card.
