I am adding subtitles to a r1 dvd. What I want, is to have the complete menu intact. This is what I have done:
1. Demuxed vobs with smartripper
2. Used srt 2 sup to make subtitle file
3. Authored dvd with Ifoedit, no celltimes
4. Copied new vobs over old, original vobs
5. Changed colours in original ifo
6. Get VTS-sectors
7. Burned with nero
Now, the disc plays very good. Starts with the original menu. If I select a chapter in the menu, there is no problem. But when i press next chapter with my remote, my player locks, and is trying to get to the right chapter, but this takes a very long time, andd most of the time is goes to another chapter.
Now, i have authored the video and audio and subs with dvd maestro. Copied the vobs and chaged the colours, but with the same result. Player locks when i try to skip to another chapter.
Can someone help me? Or is there a some sort of ifo test program with a debugger mode?
