    hi,
    in premeire 6.5, is it possible to scale down a video file so it only fills up the middle part of the screen? i know you can do this in premeire pro from the motion effects but i only have 6.5 so is there a similar thing to the pro version in 6.5?

    Good day. Yes you can in premiere 6.5.
    Just use the transform filter located under the distort folder in video effects folder.

    well thanks! that works great, but can i do that to two video files and have them in two diffrent places on the screen and have them play at the same time as each other?

    there is a picture in picture tutorial that will guide you through. Plus lots of other great stuff.
