Are there any free software programs out there for burning digital photos on CDR or DVD+R discs? I have Roxio which came with my computer, but the version included cannot make photo cd's without paying. Being a cheapass, I would like to make these photo cd or dvd's for free.

I don't care about adding all kinds of fancy transitions or music. Just a program for showing pictures and some basic menu options.
