Questions about DVD backup

Hi,

I'm new to DVD backup and I already read some guides, but didn't find the correct one according to my needs.

I would like to know how to do a backup from DVD-9 to 1 or 2 DVD-R in these situations :

1. Copy only the movie to 1 DVD;
2. Copy the movie to 1 DVD and the extras to another one, but keeping the menus;
3. Cut the movie into 2 DVD's, so I don't loose any quality.

Can someone help me, or should I put this topic under the newbie forum ?

what guides have you been reading? In the guides section there are detailed guides on how to do each of the things you are wanting to do using a variety of software packages.

Please list the guides that you have read that dont have this information and I will personally get in touch with Baldrick (site moderator) and ask him to remove them immediately.
