Hi I have a tv show colletion on 7 (most likely dvd-r) discs coming to me in the mail and i need to make alot of copies of these ASAP..However i have a few questions....It is my understanding (and please correct me if i'm wrong) that u can't burn another copy on a different disc of an already copied dvd-r (like the dvd-r's i'll be recieving)......Soooo do i just copy it to my hard drive and then copy it to a dvd-rw and then to a dvd-r??? Should i make copies of the discs on RW discs so i can burn them directly instead of always burning them from my hard drive....After all my hard drive isn't the biggest and it takes at least an hour when i do it the way i've been doing.....I hope this makes at least some sense....Basicly i'm just wondering if anyone can tell me the fastest and most efficient way to burn these dvd-r's........Any info or help would be greatly appreciated.....By the way I have a Lite On 8x Dvd R/RW burner...A Hitachi Dvd ROM drive....DVDdecryptor...and clonedvd if that helps....Thanks again

depends on your setup and how many you really want to copy of each. easiest way is to copy on the fly, thats if the discs aren't protected. if they are protected your gonna have to put em on your hard drive anyways. if you plan on making multiple copys of each i would put em on your hard drive, save your (rom)drives the stress(longer life) and does write a little bit quicker.
