DvD-Lab Problems - Converting SVCD Headers to Trick DVD Play

i used to place svcd on to a dvd fit 2 on one
but recently cant seem to get dvdlab to work, used to work but had to rebuild my machine
since have had no luck convertin any svcd
pops up with a error message...

--> Cause: Not a 11172 or 13818-2 Video Stream
--> If This is a capture from TV it may have missing/wrong header
--> Please go to Tools to try Fix Stream headers on the file

i go and do this, dvdlab then says nothing done
and i get the same again, any ideas?

atfer trying a svcd i have put on to a dvd and had work it seems that doesn't work now...

was wondering, when converting do i need to get the correct codecs?
i use that ffdshow thing or whatever it is, and no others... used to have loads of different ones on the old pc

anyone know if this may course the problems??
