Hello all,

I'm looking for the best tool or tool set to author with these ablilties:

-Save each chapter as a VOB.
-Command line (batch) mode.
-time line mpeg2 or VOB support
-time line audio support 2 or more tracks to sync to the mpeg2 or VOB
-time line graphic overlay for an image or font to sync to in and out points in the mpeg2 or VOB

I will be creating a master DVD and recreating then replacing one or more chapter (VOBs) files over and over again.
