  1. Hy guys,

I have the Evolution Tour from Gloria Stefan which is a 2 sided DVD. I would like to re-author it to a dingle DVD5 with the subtitles.

For side one was ok, let me tell you what I did?

    1. Transcoded with DVDshrink (I used it instead CCE)
    2. Vobedit to demux audio and video
    3. Subrip
    4. Import assets into Scenarist (including subtitles)

For the first part of the show itīs ok!

Now the question is, how to import assets for the second part of the show? Should I create a new Title? I want to have the subtitles also. I never created more than one title on Scenarist.

    Thanks for any help!

I assume you used DVDShrink to reduce the size of the video to fit on a single disk .

You can either add a second movie title to the project (exactly like you added the first part). Or you can combine the two parts into a single video and audio track to add in a single go, although this approach involves tedious tasks like re-timing the subpictures, joining the AC3 (??) audio tracks, etc.

Just drag the second part into VTS_1 as you did with the first part. It will create a second Title within the same VTS. You can force the end of title 1 action to be "GOTO Title 2" by dragging an arrow from the end-cell of Part 1 to the first cell of part 2.

Once you add the video, adding audio and subpictures is the same thing.
The more I learn, the more I come to realize how little it is I know.

  3. Thanks SaSi, I did that!

It worked perfectly, I am newby with Scenarist, but have learned a lot these past 2 weeks.

Next step is to create a main menu and 2 sub menus: one for language and subtitles and another one for scene selection. I will try looking at some guides (have already found some). If I donīt get there I will call for help in the forum.

BTW do you know any guide or link to help me with that?

    Tks!
