I purchased a region 0 PAL DVD the other day in the UK. Playes fine on my APEX but will not play on any of my other players (Phillips, SONY, ECT.). I deciede to rip and re-encode to NTSC. This is 1 DVD with 6 eppisodes on it and each has its own chapters. I riped with DVD Decrypter and decided to use DVDx to reencode to MPG. DVDx seemed to be working but only went through the first chapter of each eppisode. I finally just ran it threw VDub Mod and saved as an AVI then through TMPEGnc Plus. TMPEGnc would not take just the video and audio as the audio is AC3. Is there an easier way to do this, or does anyone know what I am doing wrong with DVDx? Please help!
