Chapters not being created, In Ulead MF

At first I was a total Newb and had posted a couple times in there. But I have yet to read or find in a search why My Chapters are not showing on the Main menu in Ulead DVD Movie factory. I have created a single mpeg that is 2.5 gigs and fully finished. Now if I can only create the 4 scene boxes in the opening menu i'll be set. I can also tell you that when played in media player on the DVD setting, it does show the 4 chapters and will skip to them when you click each chapter.

I don't have the production files anymore since a HD crash wiped out all my work, and i've followed the tutorials to the letter. Yet only ONE box shows in the opening menu. Any help you could provide would be appreciated. I've set my "send notice of replies by E-Mail to On"

Are you using Ulead DVD MovieFactory version 2.0?

Or are you using the new Ulead DVD MovieFactory 3.0?

I'm using the "Disc Creator" version of ULead DVD MovieFactory 3.0.

I'm able to put all of my chapter thumbnails on the main menu, which is a new feature in version 3.0.

To enable the feature, one must click the ADVANCED SETTINGS button and then de-select the CHAPTER MENU option.

In version 2.0, the program limits you to a single thumbnail main menu followed by a separate chapter menu.

I see now, yes it is 2.0, I guess I need to upgrade to get the chapters to come up in the boxes then., Thank You Jerry. !!

For those looking for a work around, Jerry gave me the Idea that the menu is actually created in the submenu. I decided to cut my video where it was needed into 5 separate mpegs, and then drop them into a new project, and up came the frames in the main menu. Pretty foolish of me not to think along those lines. I felt the upgrade would be too much for probably a one time deal here. So I'll upgrade when I see more oppourtunities for anothe full DVD. Thanks dvdrhelp, I can always find an answer or you gus will set my brain on work mode.
