I'm using Pinnacle Impression Pro to author training DVDs at work. A problem that has surfaced in reviewing my DVDs is when you fast forward through a video clip. If you fast forward too far, it dumps you onto the home menu, rather than the menu that follows the clip.
If you stay away from the FF button, or if you release it in time, all the clips and menus work fine.
Impression doesn't give you too many options to deal with something like this. The only solution I've devised is to put chapters in the clip, and tell the viewer in the introduction not to use the fast forward button, use the "next" button instead. This is hardly an elegant solution.
Has anybody had a similar problem, and if so, how did you resolve it? Many thanks!
