I have a problem with syncronising video and audio. This only happens when I am trying to convert larger AVI files and, therefore, need to cut them in two pieces. However, the problem only occurs with the second half of the movie, never right from the start. When converting the second part (and later playing it) it looks like the video portion needs apprx 2-3 seconds to start while the audio piece starts immediately. I have read about splitting out the audio part first with virtual dub and have tried that, same problem continues. I have also split the original AVI file first and then started the conversion process, again same problem with the second part only.
