massive mpeg file can use smaller bitrate?

i got a way over sized mpeg 1 file that i wanted 2 get on 1 vcd if i could

i was wondering wat would b the minimum bitrate 4 video i could use?

vcd has a fixed bit rate of 1150kb see https://www.videohelp.com/vcd
you may want to look into the kvcd standard that can be used to get 1 movie onto 1 cd. Do a search on google for more info. I don't know how compliant these disks will be.

If you stick to vcd split it over 2 disks.
