This is my way of doing it, of course there are several other shorter ways.

1. Rip of the Music Video to .VOB files - DVD Decrypter
2. Rip the audio to .WAV format - VirtualDubMod
3. Burn the .WAV file(s) - Nero Burning ROM

or you could just use dvd decrypter to rip the audio streams to wave and convert the wav's to whatever format you want using goldwave.
