  1. Hello,

I converted some windows media video files to MPEG-2 files using TMPGEnc DVD template. The files now have a .mpg file extension (obviously). Can I Use Nero to burn these files to a DVD so they can be played as DVD video? If so what template do I use and where do I put the .mpg files for burning.

    Thanks!

It would have been better if you had encoded them into an .m2v and .mp2 file. Then you change the .mp2 file extension to .mpa. Open IfoEdit-->DVD Author-->Author new DVD. Add your files select your target directory and OK. The directory now has the authored files Nero uses to burn your DVD.

  5. Cuz I don't want to spend a day re-encoding all the files.

If you had started yesterday, you'd be done by now.

Anyway, take the MPEG file and demux it using TMPGEnc Plus MPEG Tools.

It will give you the m2v and mp2 files you want. Then go back to my first post.
