ifoedit problems

I have converted an avi file with Cuesoft AVI to VCD DVD SVCD 4.02 software to DVD files, a .m2v, a .mpa and .mpg file. The next step is to import them into IfoEdit to DVD author them. I keep getting an error of "Could not open for writing". Any ideas? I am using Win98SE. Are there any other programs I could try?

you casn't open mpg files with IFOEDIT. you only need the m2v and mpa to create the DVD files.

Yes, I know that you can only add the m2v and mpa files.
