I've been trying to capture VHS tapes from my JVC VCR to PC. I have an ATI Rage Fury Pro card and have been using the RCA cables to capture with MMC and MYDVD. My video is choppy along the top of the screen. I've tried a couple of different tapes with same result.
Any ideas on how to fix this. I have an S-Video port on my ATI card. Would an adapter help to S-Video help?
Thanks.

Sounds like overscan. You're fine, that's nothing to worry about. Read the "understanding your source" guide at lordsmurf.com and overscan is at the bottom of the page.
